Return & Refunds Policy
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In exceptional cases, if the product is wrongfully delivered, product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order by providing you a replacement. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit that can be redeemed within six months of your purchase.
Custom made/ commissioned items cannot be exchanged or returned. We don’t offer refunds on custom orders.
Items marked down on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products bought during the Sale.
Refunds for products received broken or damaged will only be issued upon receipt of video evidence showing the condition before unpackaging. We suggest to record a video of the unpackaging process in front of the delivery staff.
The FairyDust Home reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.
